How can I place an order?

Simply browse our website, select your desired products, and click “Add to Cart.” Follow the checkout prompts to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Stripe only.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on the method you choose. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) before dispatch. Economy Shipping: Delivered in 14–18 business days (Monday–Friday) — includes 1–2 days processing and 13–16 days transit Standard Shipping: Delivered in 10–14 business days (Monday–Friday) — includes 1–2 days processing and 9–12 days transit Shipping costs are calculated per product, and all orders are shipped via India Post.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, We only ship to United States now but in future will look to expand to other countries

What happens if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined or interrupted, your order will not be confirmed. Please ensure your billing details are accurate. You will receive a confirmation email once payment is successfully completed.

What is your return window?

Customers in the United States may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving their order. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you receive a defective, faulty, or incorrect item, Vitample covers the return shipping cost. If you change your mind or ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non‑refundable.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No, Vitample does not charge any restocking fees.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
